In Switzerland there are about 50CHF customs fees for every shipment.
This is to be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

General information on shipping classes Our products are divided into four shipping classes (furniture, furnishings, sewing machines and haberdashery). The respective shipping class can be found on the product page of the article. Everything except furniture is sent by parcel service. Furniture is delivered by a forwarding agent.
Payment terms
For orders under an order amount of € 15.00, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of € 7.50.
Payment can be made either by
PayPal Payment in advance Credit card
If you choose the payment method "advance payment", we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within seven days. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment. |
