creazon bears the return costs. For this you will receive a return sticker with which you can send your order back free of charge for faster processing, but its use is not mandatory.

 

My package is damaged. What now?

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it or contact your post office within 7 days to report the damage. Please also check all items for possible damage when delivering furniture and notify the shipping company of this on site. The note must be documented on your delivery note. Please only sign this after this note. Please send the damage report using our contact form so that your order can be removed from the dunning process until clarification.
